Support libnds 2.0.0

Sources should be updated to support libnds 2.0.0.

I don't have the time to test this right now, but I'll look into making it work once I do.

The sources are horribly outdated because GitHub automatically disables actions after 60 days of inactivity (...which was 2 years ago, oops). I've just re-enabled the action which I fully expect to fail (or at least break the examples), so roll in the bitrot.

Would you look at that, everything still works after updating the sources. The docker images we're using already have libnds 2.0.0 and the example seems to build just fine (after fixing #1, that is).

I'll get back to you and test my code. I'll note that they changed the way your main loop is supposed to be done (it's mandatory to call pmMainLoop now in the while clause) but I'll see if anything else breaks.

It appears it is now necessary to include sys/socket.h. It also looks like KEYPAD_BITS is just now a regular u32.

Now actually running my code, it's completely broken. I just get two white screens, even after switching to pmMainLoop. Probably not an issue with this repo - likely moreso just an issue with libnds 2.0.0 being radically different - but still
