Support for vault 2.0.2+

Problem Description

There is at least one breaking change in vault 2.0.2 that don't seem to be supported here yet here. It would be great to have more than a single version of 2.x vault to pick from just in case there is an issue in 2.0.1 (considering 2.0.0 just doesn't work due to them messing up the capabilities)

Proposed Solution

Offer either the ability to turn off mlock or make whatever changes are required to not need that (docs suggest turning mlock off in prod is a bad idea but the changelog makes it sound like you should do it anyways)

I realise now that the ability to disable mlock is already in place and setting that does seem to work for 2.0.3 at least. Is it worth now setting this as a default?
