Error first 9 bytes *random garbage characters*

When I try extracting *_tex.sc, *.sc, *_dl.sc files, it gives me this error :

I'm extracting them from clash royale's files (the latest version aka the witch season)
When I extract from a directory it says it works, without outputting anything but when I extract the files separately, it throws the error...

(What follows "First 9 Bytes" changes with every file.)
