Pending: add DOI of raw-data archive in Zenodo

The raw data is 50GB compressed. It will be added to Zenodo soon. We need to put the DOI of that archive in the Reproducibility Statement.

@piyueh – You can create the Zenodo object with the metadata only, and get a DOI (so we can add it in the paper), then upload the data when you are in a fast network.
