Do not resolve values in data objects

Data (configuration) objects currently resolve many values, such as localizables and plugin configuration/manufacturers. They should store the original values. The classes the data are used to construct should perform their own resolutions internally. 

Then again some data such as localizables is stored in reusable properties that we don't want to duplicate. Maybe keep those as is.
