Description
Moving here from project repo #175
Expanding the boundaries of cellboxes within a mesh to contain a time range and geo-spatial ranges. This will later be used by the temporal path composition of PolarRoute
The Boundary objects already have time limits, so this should just be a case of adding this to the to_json() method at mesh output
