Add optional date range parameter to `recent_routes`

Routes from "today" disappear at 9pm in UTC - 3, which is can be a bit annoying. This includes route calculations that are still pending.

We should add a date range parameter which defaults to today only (mimicking current behaviour), but that can be used in SIIS to extend the date range of routes to fetch.

Absolutely, thanks for noting this. We should definitely make some improvements and enhancements to that endpoint.
I'm happy to push through a short-term fix to this today? Then we can come back to it and make some more improvements later.
