Update Agent Docs (#423)

* Update agent documentation: refactor and consolidate content

- Updated building-quality-agents.mdx with improved content
- Updated getting-featured.mdx with enhanced guidance
- Removed best-practices.mdx and why-agents.mdx (consolidated into other files)

* Fix sidebar navigation: remove references to deleted files

- Removed 'why-agents' and 'best-practices' from Chat Agents navigation
- These files were deleted in previous commit but sidebar still referenced them

* Update agent documentation content

- Enhanced building-quality-agents.mdx with improved guidance
- Updated chat-agents.mdx with better content structure
- Refined getting-featured.mdx with clearer instructions

* Further updates to getting-featured.mdx

- Additional improvements to agent getting featured documentation

* Improve wording in getting-featured form link

- Changed 'Fill out the form [here]' to 'Fill out [this form]' for better readability

* Update getting-featured.mdx

* Test verified commit configuration

* docs: Update agent UX guidelines with comprehensive best practices

- Add detailed onboarding message structure and examples
- Include group chat etiquette and multi-channel support guidelines
- Expand communication style recommendations
- Add engagement strategies and continuous value creation
