Update metadata.json for DeFiLlama (#2708)

This update improves the description field in defillama/metadata.json by:

Replacing promotional phrases like “largest” and “our focus” with neutral, factual language

Highlighting key features such as dashboards, APIs, and multi-chain TVL tracking

Making the description more accessible for non-native English speakers and newcomers to DeFi analytics
