[ISSUE] Avatar upload is accepted but the image does not display

After uploading an avatar image the file appears to be accepted because the remove icon shows up which means the upload succeeded. However the image itself does not display anywhere. It looks like the avatar is stored but not rendered on the page.

Hi @pangarbo, thank you for the bug report.
Can you tell me if the image appears if you refresh or hard-refresh the page?

It is very likely, but I can’t confirm it. My avatar appeared when I went to the playground board and edited some random card (and wrote comments under some random card). Perhaps that triggered a refresh? Earlier, all I had done was try uploading the avatar several times, test different image formats and file sizes, and visit boards (but without editing any cards).
