Jira importing tool

Would adding an import functionality from Jira or other popular tools be welcome or is it out of the scope of Fizzy? I was thinking that the user would be able to cull the tickets as well at the import stage but also the act of importing by hand probably encourages the user to through out stale tickets anyways. Anyways just curious. Cool slick product and the keyboard navigation is quite nice too.

@jacmacmod I think import tools for content from other issue trackers is a great way to contribute! We'd love to build up a library of of utilities to make this easy. Go for it!
