Why Can’t I Deploy Two Apps on the Same Server? (One Works, but the Other Returns a 404)

I've been using Kamal in a "one-app-way" successfully!

I'm currently trying to deploy multiple apps on a very same server... and it's not working.
I'd be delighted to have your help.

My Cloudflare/DNS is this (where black box is the very same IP):

My deploy.yml is:

where <%= ENV['HOST'] %>is either (depending on .env file):

• staging.DOMAIN.org
• assistant.DOMAIN.org

When I deploy using kamal deploy, it deploys but one is always a 404.

• if I deploy assistant.DOMAIN.org last, it works but staging.DOMAIN.org returns 404.
• if I deploy staging.DOMAIN.org last, it works but assistant.DOMAIN.org returns 404.

I'm sure I'm missing something, but I can't find the root cause.
Any idea how to find the cause?

My service were named the same.
They MUST have different names.
