Okontu - a custom personal spin of Omakub

I'd like to leave a piece of kudos to the Omakub developers, especially @dhh, for the overall idea which I've stolen to make my own variant of it https://github.com/mloskot/dotfiles/

I call it dotfiles to indicate it's personal nature of the project, but unofficially it's called Okontu for Okonomi Ubuntu to emphasize it's a personal selection of my favourites (bits of Omakub), after the Okonomiyaki thing:

an abbreviated name "okonomi", where the O is a politeness prefix and konomi means ‘favorite’

Yes, I've even stolen the way Omakub invented its name ;P

I initially was die-hard trying to make Snap-less configuration, see

• Update Omakube requirements documentation about snap #399
• We can remove snap permanently #397

but I've eventually decided to keep the Snap, for now :), but majority/all applications are installed from .deb or .tar.gz, nothing with Snap or Flatpak, just a personal preference.
