Add voxtype config to Omarchy menu

It would be very helpful for beginners if you could add the voxtype config file ~/.config/voxtype/config.toml to the Omarchy menu under -> Setup -> Config and then also restart the voxtype service automatically using systemctl --user restart voxtype when the config file is changed.
Thanks in advance, Omarchy is a very valuable distribution.
