Map power button to open power menu instead of shutting down the machine

I have a power button on my Razer laptop which I constantly press randomly when I grab it in a wrong way. It was very frustrating so I re-mapped it to open power menu instead of shutting down instantly. I'm happy to make a PR with my changes if it is aligned with the vision.

Yes, my son is quite good at finding that power button too when I am not careful. That LED just works like a magnet for kid's fingers.
