copy-url doesn't seem to work #4745

What's wrong?
Somehow the command alt+shift+L isn't working anywhere on the OS. I'm trying to use it to copy links from the installed Basecamp Web app, but thats not working, then I tried it in chromium itself, but also that doesn't work.
One thing I noticed is that the extension is disabled by default on sites:
But even after I click it and give it access, it still isn't working.
