Currently scikit-learn does not support to pass the parameter class_weight to the CalibratedClassifierCV. There is a open pull request scikit-learn/scikit-learn#17541 which is not merged due to a required study. So for the time beeing we integreate the code for balanced CalibratedClassifierCV in molpipeline until we can provide such a study.
