Link to download not accessable (no auth error)

The link to the binary does not work as it looks like that s3 bucket has been closed off from access.

Sinc the entire tutorial/readme depends on this jar file being available, I would like to ask, when will this be fixed and available? Would you be willing to at least check in a copy so we can access it?
