Fixed Pydantic deprecation warnings issue ✅

• Update code to use Pydantic V2 custom serializers
• Update corresponding tests
• Commit and push fixes

Analysis & Resolution:

The user was experiencing Pydantic deprecation warnings about json_encoders being deprecated since Pydantic V2.0 when running basic-memory project default basic-memory on Windows 11.

Root Cause:

Four Pydantic models in src/basic_memory/schemas/memory.py were using the deprecated json_encoders={datetime: lambda dt: dt.isoformat()} pattern:

• EntitySummary (line 121)
• RelationSummary (line 134)
• ObservationSummary (line 149)
• MemoryMetadata (line 163)

Changes Made:

• Replaced deprecated json_encoders with modern @field_serializer decorators for created_at and generated_at fields
• Updated test file to verify field serializers work correctly instead of checking for deprecated json_encoders
• Maintained compatibility - same ISO datetime serialization behavior (dt.isoformat())
• Added proper imports - imported field_serializer from pydantic

This fix eliminates the Pydantic deprecation warnings while maintaining full backward compatibility for datetime serialization behavior.
