Bug Description

I asked Claude to summarize a note for me, and then the following error message appeared. I don't know how to solve it.

Thanks for reporting this issue. I tried to reproduce the no such table error but write_note is working correctly on the latest main (v0.16.3).

To help investigate, could you provide:

1. What version are you running? (basic-memory --version)
2. How did you install Basic Memory? (Homebrew, pip, uv, etc.)
3. Have you run basic-memory sync on your project?
4. What's the full error message? (the table name appears to be cut off)

If you're on an older version, upgrading to v0.16.3 may resolve this as it includes fixes for database initialization and migrations.
