"Get id" does not work on fairphone 2.

Hi,
"Get id" does not work on a fairphone 2 with the open source android system without the google apps. Trying to start results in a short white flash of the screen and than I get the error message "Get ID wurde beendet" in a white box. I can close the box with the ok-button. Nothing else happens.
Any ideas?
