How to hide bootstrapping from developers.

• Basilisp project developement tool can create a new library project where the root __init__.py includes basilisp.main.init().
• Basilisp itself is a self-hosting PEP517 build backend which makes basilisp and basilisp projects compatible with python projects.
• The project development tool can create a new application+library project where the library's root __init__.py includes basilisp.main.init().
• If a new project is a pure application, then basilisp repl takes care of bootstrapping?
• The project management tool relies on basilisp pep517 build backend to build and install itself. Thus, basilisp project manager would automate creation of boilerplate code.
  • bpm init-library creates a library project
  • bpm init-library+application creates a library+application project
  • bpm init-application creates a pure application project
  • bpm install-persist [--test|--dev] library installs a library and adds it to pyproject.toml or basilisp.edn.
  • bpm install library installs a library without adding it to a project file.
• Unless python provides ways to hide bootstrapping, I think this is the best?
