bats-file version display 0.2.0 instead of 0.4.0

Hi,

I guess it's a minor issue, but the shields.io is wrong and point to a 0.2.0 while the curent version is 0.4.0.

I assume it's due to the fact that the package.json file is still on version:0.2.0.

see bellow:
