Valgrind cannot redirect libarmmem symbols

Back in January I opened an issue on Raspbian Launchpad. The only answer was to ask if the patch I provided was for Valgrind or libarmmem, which I would have thought obvious enough from the patch itself.

LGTM. If you can easily open a PR, that'd make it simpler to ensure you get credited appropriately. I can't promise how quickly it'll filter through to the Raspberry Pi OS, though.
