• See if we can get fix(rules): make py_console_script_binary compatible with symbolic macros #3195 merged
• See if we can get fix(venv): symlink shared libraries directly  #3331 merged
• Tag rc0

RC1:

• Include chore: fix release workflow #3366
• Include chore: make gazelle bcr tests compatible with bcr presubmit environment #3365
• Include build: Starlarkify python flags #3334
• Tag rc1

Final:

• Wait a week after last rc
• Release the real thing

This will be an issue to collect feedback and mark issues as children for anything blocking the release.

I think we should skip 3334 being included and cut a release.

SGTM, probably only important for bazel 9.

RC tagged. BCR presubmits are broken, but I don't think its becaues of our code. Not sure when it'll land in BCR.
