However, the target of the link has no in-code documentation for available attributes to llvm_toolchain.

Looks like https://github.com/bazel-contrib/toolchains_llvm/blob/master/toolchain/internal/configure.bzl contains the names of the supported config options.

However, there is no in-code documentation to speak of.
