swift_test not executed with v3.4.1 anymore

Since 3.4.0 no tests are executed with bazel test command. Maybe due to discovery issue?

Even example tests

Did some bisect: 615505e broke test execution. Digging into what exactly

I tried with Xcode 16.4 as well as Xcode 26.2 on macOS 15.7.3

rules_swift 3.4.0 works fine, problem is with 3.4.1.
My setup MacOS 26.2, Xcode 26.2(17C52), Swift 6.2.3,

Simply adding -Wl,-rpath,__BAZEL_XCODE_DEVELOPER_DIR__/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/Library/Frameworks resolves the problem

Could you check if paths "/private/var/select/developer_dir" or "/var/db/xcode_select_link" exist for you? For me they do not.
