Package mutant-standard emoji for nixpkgs?

Hello, I am interested in having mutant emoji in nixpkgs and was wondering if you would be interested in upstreaming https://github.com/bb010g/nur-packages/blob/master/pkgs/data/fonts/mutant-standard/default.nix. A quick review of the package seems to look good so I doubt it would be much work. I am a committer and can help you get the package in quickly.
