Passing a project name with spaces results in error on JRuby/Windows

e.g. PROJECT_NAME="Frameworks Example" in a profile in Cucumber.yml. Works fine on *nix but not on Windows...causes Ccumber to try and run the example features...with the ususal..."Ramaze is not part of the bundle" error.
