handleMessageTimeout implemented in executeBatchHandler

Background

The executeBatchHandler (src/consumer.ts#58) currently does not account for timeouts, unlike executeHandler. This implies that if handleMessageBatch is used, it can not catch timeout errors in the context of the dependency. It'd have to be implemented "around" the dependency (ie. by the client).

Ideally this implementation stays within the context of the dependency. It'd also promote symmetry with the existing executeHandler.
