Update protein representation in the introduction

For me the representation of a protein is not very accurate. Other type of schematic representations (with alpha helix and beta-folds would serve). Other comments about protein representation: “Proteins look like a tumour” and “Aminoacids are shown first with oval shapes, and then the protein has circles so they don’t look like they are in the protein. Try to update oval AA to circles?”.
