Update container for PDB_Tool

• Move path to PDB_Tool in singularity image bin (look echo path in singularity
• Move the path to PDB_Tool in docker image bin
• Add changes applied in the docker image used for DeepCSA to the singularity image
• Test the build annotations for the plotting module (that PDB_Tool can run without specifying the path) run using containers
