output PCR duplication rate by PCR plate and overall in sample_stats

It would be great if the sample_stats gave you not only the overall duplication rate but also the duplication rate broken out by PCR plate. Thanks!

Hi @eliza-barkan, are you after overall PCR plate level stats (i.e. one duplication rate for the entire PCR plate) or per sample per PCR plate level stats? Thank you!

I would like one overall PCR plate level stat for the entire plate. I don't really use samples so all my experiments are all one sample. For example: plate1: 22.3% plate2: 17.1% plate3: 9.4% Thanks! Eliza
