The background is fixed and won't pan/zoom

Trying vue-flow for the first time,

When I pan/zoom, the background stays the same and doesn't pan/zoom with the nodes. I'm not sure what I'm doing differently from all the documentation.

This is my code:

notice how the background didn't change at all despite the zoom.
