Bcc tokens 2.0 (#348)

* Restructure docs and update with correct token values

- Reorganize into Getting Started, Core Concepts, Assets sections
  - Add PrimeVue, Tailwind, CSS setup guides
  - Fix spacing scale, colors, shadows, typography from bcc-tokens
  - Add CDN usage, JS imports, light/dark theme imports
  - Remove IBM Plex Serif (only Archivo font)

* Create README.md
