Scale reflectance and handle nodata in reader #8
Description
Currently reflectance is stored as int16 with a gain of 10000 and -32768 as the nodata flag. It would be nice if the reader by default:

converts to float32
-
divides by 10000 (so values are in 0–1 reflectance)
-
replaces -32768 with NaN
