where should the tenant onboarding portal live?

• existing registry(https://registry.developer.gov.bc.ca/) with extra fields for AI specific products? need confirmation from platform team as lot of automation needed for apis, sharing apim subscription keys et..
• new portal build into the AI Hub (sustainment plan)
• chefs forms?
• MS forms?
