ETL the NRIS data into the ALCS table 'alcs.compliance_and_enforcement_property'

Acceptance Criteria
Mapping and transformation provided here in the ETL Excel File

• PK C&E Property UUID
• FK C&E File UUID
• alcs.compliance_and_enforcement_property.civic_address
• alcs.compliance_and_enforcement_property.local_government_uuid
  • use this field mapping
• alcs.compliance_and_enforcement_property.region_code
  • use same mapping from alcs.application_region
• alcs.compliance_and_enforcement_property.latitude
• alcs.compliance_and_enforcement_property.longitude
• alcs.compliance_and_enforcement_property.ownership_type_code
• alcs.compliance_and_enforcement_property.pid
• alcs.compliance_and_enforcement_property.area_hectares
• alcs.compliance_and_enforcement_property.alr_percentage
• alcs.compliance_and_enforcement_property.alc_history

Obfuscate:

• alc_history

Data exports (obfuscated and non-obfuscated) look good, should just look at the front end together quickly.

I also want to see how the civic address data for File 115688 appears in the UI. And double check L/FNG mapping.
