Disable E2E #2769
Description
Temporarily disable E2E checks. Since the Angular upgrade to v20, E2E has been unreliable. Initial attempts to fix it have failed, so for now we're going to disable it to free up dev time and unclog our pipeline.
Purpose

- Unclog pipeline
