Re-Imagine Choosing Card Type to be Reduce Friction #3325

In testing BCSV v3 and v4 side by side I noticed you can enter a Combo, Photo, or Non-Photo CSN and and up and the same location. I wonder if we really need to confuse the user with asking what type of card they have? In all cases they enter the CSN and the app can figure out what to do next.
