Description: this will require changing the metadata to ensure all data is changed:
there are now 3 areas, that encompass the following:
Coast Area
- West Coast
- South Coast
South Area
- Cariboo Chilcotin Coast
- Thompson Okanagan
- Kootenays
North Area
- North Coast Skeena
- Omineca Peace
