[BUG] - Export not showing full fiscal year

Scenario:

• User generating a report via the Date Range Calendar.

Expected:

• The user should be allowed to export up to March for the current fiscal year

Issue:

• User is unable to select February and March in the Export Calendar, as these months are greyed out.

@manuji this should be fixed now! It's in DEV, but it's ready to be moved into TEST!

The issue is as described above, but essentially the user was unable to select up to March for the Fiscal Year export.

There was a small typo in the frontend code that was limiting the calendar and would only show up to January of the next year - so now it should show the full fiscal year! (Once April comes, it'll allow the user to go and select up to March 2027).
