[S] Add Sikanni Chief Falls Protected Area to A&R

This ticket is to add a new park to A&R

Dev AC:

• Since we are using Data Register for park names the following steps need to be followed to add new parks to A&R
  • Correct records are created in A&R with correct properties
  • Ensure when records are created, there is an entry for that ORC # in the A&R local cache of names

Acceptance Criteria:

• Sikanni Chief Falls Protected Area is added with one sub-area and day use activity (specified above)
