FAM - Add Expiry Role Column to CSV user table export

Describe the task
FAM user management table has newly added column "Expiry Date" showing user role assignment expiry, but this isn't at the user table export. We like to add this column in the export.

Acceptance Criteria

• Backend to include or add expiry date information when creating csv data.
• Expiry date information should be the same as what frontend displays: "Expired", e.g., "[Nov 28, 2026]", "Never expires"
• verify if expiry date shows up after export from frontend.
