[FAM] APT2/ISP/REPT Redirect URI and Prefix Change

Describe the task
For the following apps, APT2/ISP/REPT, the app prefix need to be changed:

• from /int to /pub

The CGI legacy app modernization team is requesting redirect URI change for APT2/ISP:

Acceptance Criteria

• Add additional new redirect URI with '/pub' prefix at Terraform's Cognito client for apps: APT2/ISP/REPT. For this ticket, not to remove /int from existing redirect URI. Note, the change should be under lza-infrastructure/terraform/server/
• Refer to above URI detail for APT2/ISP; for REPT, keep existing configuration but addition set with /pub.
• Deploy to tools space and make sure no mistake.
• Release to FAM AWS prod and inform the team.

Will include the REPT changes in the issue as well. Which is same thing, to add the pub/ prefixed urls for al the environments. DEV, TEST and PROD.
