SPAR: Review seedlots inconsistenly crash error #2348

Describe the task
On the "Review seedlots" page, the app will crash incosistenly if users interact with the filter input after changing the page number.
the line that is causing the problem
if (seedlot[key].toLowerCase().includes(searchString))
at file src/components/SeedlotTable/Table.tsx
Acceptance Criteria
- Fix the error
Additional context
- if you're having trouble reproducing it, set network throttle to 3g might help
