Create Germination Tray (Part 1.2) - API to assign germinator id #2357

Describe the task
By default, after creating germination tray, the germinator id for each tray is empty. Create the api to allow user assign germinator id to the created germination tray.
Acceptance Criteria
- Create the endpoint: user puts a germinator id for a germination tray, we will update the germinator id in the table for that germination tray id.
