Bump jsonwebtoken and camunda-formio-tasklist-vue in /frontend

Removes [jsonwebtoken](https://github.com/auth0/node-jsonwebtoken). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [camunda-formio-tasklist-vue](https://github.com/AOT-Technologies/forms-flow-ai-extensions). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `jsonwebtoken`

Updates `camunda-formio-tasklist-vue` from 1.0.19 to 1.1.4
