Improve the handling of Atom feeds #1
Description
We want to use the Atom feeds to fetch the entry summaries, and scrape the entry pages to get the details and comments. At the moment, the code assumes that both actions have completed before we try to view an entry. It'd be ideal to allow the app to more lazily load the details.
