Which WSIs did you use for EGFR and which WSIs did you use for non-EGFR for binary classification?

Could you please tell from the entire 566 LUAD that has 88 EGFR WSI, which exact WSI you used for EGFR and non-EGFR for your binary classification using finetuning an already pre-trained on ImageNet Inception V3?
